Initiate a Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed description of the issue or reason for return.
Receive RMA Approval
Our technical team will review your request and, once approved, will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all accessories, cables, and manuals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
